THX Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

THX Ltd. is an American company founded in 1983 by George Lucas and it is headquartered in San Francisco, California. It develops the "THX" high fidelity audio/visual reproduction standards for movie theaters, screening rooms, home theaters, computer speakers, gaming consoles, car audio systems, and video games. THX Ltd. is a subsidiary of Razer Inc.

THX has terrible management as an employer, toxic environment and lack of investment, according to a current anonymous employee on glassdoor.com

"Terrible management, confused brand (trying to be something it can’t), lack of investment. Mislead. Thought this company had potential but it doesn’t. The list is long and anyone who has worked here can verify it. Easy to reach out to former employees so they can tell you the truth. It’s a painful journey - the good people leave. Toxicity between groups. Highest turnover I’ve ever seen in a company especially in the marketing group."

Vice President - Strategy and Business Development (Former Employee) says

"At the time, the company was essentially run by one large shareholder that made arbitrary decisions. One day he wanted to grow strategically, then one day, he decided not to invest in growth at all. Very inconsistent messaging.THX had a great brand, probably still doesArbitrary management"

Director Business Development - THX Technologies (Former Employee) says

"Learnt a lot about the video and audio processing technology and product management/marketing to OEMs and ODMs globally. Worked for Tier 1 customers globally for all consumer productsInternational customer interactions and team buildingLack of initiative from key executives"

Kathleen Mansfield says

"I never received my purchase. I followed through with your company & through the United states postal service. No one could find it so after several months I gave up. It's probably a fine product but I can't rate something i never received."

Guest says

"After waiting a long time for my order to arrive, I opened the parcel to find wrong sizes for my cami set pajamas. The customer service was prompt in responding to my emails but it was frustrating that I had to follow up and rectify their mistake. With the global pandemic situation, I had to go out and risk my health and safety in sending back the wrong order from my end and following up every time to get my refund. Not impressed at all in all honesty."

Becca says

"Horrible Customer Service. I will never order from them again. They won't reply to emails for like a month."

SF says

"Great product but definitely overpriced. I would still encourage buying the silk products but they do end up wearing faster in the wash even with silk friendly detergents and following all instructions. Not actually worth the $700 AUD but I don’t regret buying it!"
